Sweet and Savory Crepes

Classes are held at 851 Beach St. (Ghirardelli Square, San Francisco)



Crepe Salé 1
Crepes come in all sorts of forms, and can be filled with almost anything. We will be creating and tasting a classic Ham/Proscuitto and Cheese Crepe with a cracked runny egg on top. We will roast bell peppers for garnish and use 3 different types of cheeses.

Crepe Salé 2
For a fancy, new flavor, our second crepe will be stuffed with Smoked Salmon, Goat Cheese, and Garlic Asparagus that we will Roast. Oh la la!

Le Dessert Crepe 1
To keep you on your toes, we will smother a crepe in Grand Marnier and light it on fire! Garnished with a slice of lemon and coconut sugar sprinkled on top.

For the classic dessert crepe: Nutella, Dark Chocolate, Strawberries and Bananas will be plentiful to stuff the rest of the crepes we have room in our stomachs for.
