Work with profession chef Anja - a natural in the kitchen and a strong athlete - and learn to strengthen your body and immune system in a hands-on cooking extravaganza. The menu includes a creamy and soft avocado kale salad, sweet and spicy chicken with juicy baked apricots, "majestic" black forbidden rice and a paleo berry crumble.
