Engage your clients, company & team while working closely with Chef Anja Lee!

Learn to craft a classic Neapolitan Pizza Dough - including a secret recipe for fluffy, yet thin sweet crust. We will top the pizza with a Margarita Style Topping + Caramelized Mushrooms and Shallots. All ingredients and toppings are optional and can be adjusted to accommodate dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegetarian & vegan). 

*Ask us about adding on a Mini (6oz) or Full Bottle of Anja Lee Wine to each kit! Also ask us about Customized Greeting Cards to your team to include in each kit! 

Class runs about 1.5 hours long and everyone will be non-stop entertained from start to finish. 

Pizza kits are available and can be shipped anywhere in the USA, including all ingredients for class except for salt & pepper. Please email for pricing and details.

Class platform location: Zoom Meeting (or feel free to send us the link to your preferred virtual platform)

Class Kits Feed: 1-2 people (kits make 4 small, personal pizzas)

We have two options for class kits: 

(A) Basics Kits: This kit includes all non-perishable items for class. This is an exciting gift for your attendees to receive for class, including the ingredients for the crust + sauce, but gives them the opportunity to choose and provide their own toppings. This is also the more budget-friendly option. 

(B) All-Out Kits: This kit gives your attendees EVERYTHING! We ship all ingredients for the crust, sauce, cheese & other toppings (except for salt & pepper). Shipping is overnight shipping for this class.

  • Caputo 00 Flour (straight from Italy!)
  • Yeast
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic Powder
  • Dried Oregano
  • Strained Tomato Sauce

Included in All-Out Kits Only (including the above ingredients as well):

  • Shallot or onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Tomato
  • Fresh Basil
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese

We recommend having this equipment on hand:

  • Cutting board
  • Knife

  • 2 medium to large mixing bowls
  • Measuring cups

  • Large pan & stovetop
  • Oven (preheated to 550 degrees - we recommend making sure your oven is clean!)
