VIRTUAL Sweet & Savory Crepes!

Class held via Zoom. Perfect for getting your team together to work and learn together and finish with a tasty meal!

Join Chef Anja to learn to make perfect crepes in multiple forms!

We start out with a buckwheat batter (classic Brittany style "Blé", GF & DF) and then move to an all purpose flour batter for dessert. These recipes can include all sorts of ingredients you already have in your kitchen as stuffings, so this is a great "clean out the fridge" idea!

Class duration: About 1 hour.
