Chef Anja Lee has been passionately about bringing people together to eat delicious, healthy food since she was little. She has a lifelong mission to help people eat nourishing, and satisfying food to feel energized and vitality. She has traveled the world to learn about International foods, how to cook them, and why cultures thrive off of certain foods. She brings the most delicious, energizing and creative foods to her dishes. She also focuses on making sure we pay close attention to the health of the planet, and that we protect it as much as possible. Therefore, she works to create many plant-based menus that are easier on the environment. She works with companies who are eco-friendly, high-quality and sustainable. Overall, she wants her customers and friends to always feel good by eating naturally enriching foods and living in places that are cherished for their natural beauty!
